Burnet County 4-H member wins $10,000 San Antonio Scholarship

 

Lacy Nauman of Spicewood, Texas won the San Antonio Livestock Shows, Angora Goat divisions scholarship this past Monday. Lacy is the daughter of Damon and Janice Nauman of Spicewood and she is a member of the Spicewood 4-H club in located in Burnet County in Central Texas.

 

Miss Nauman, who is a 13 year old  Marble Falls Middle School member, exhibited her angora goats at the San Antonio Livestock show this past weekend.  Her competition won her the $10,000 scholarship to the college of her choice upon her High School graduation.  Lacy has indicated she will follow in her brother Dusty footsteps and use her scholarship to attend Tarleton State University.
